Help with a legal dispute.

While much of my work focuses on helping clients plan ahead, sometimes disputes can't be avoided. When that happens, I represent individuals, families, and businesses in civil litigation in Wyoming. My litigation practice grows naturally out of my estate planning and business law work. I handle business and contract disputes, disagreements between LLC members and business owners, collection matters, and contested probate and trust issues. I also represent clients in family law matters.

I understand that litigation is stressful, expensive, and disruptive, and I approach every case with that in mind. I start by learning your goals and giving you a candid assessment of your options. That includes whether negotiation, mediation, or another resolution outside the courtroom may serve you better than a trial. When a case does need to be litigated, I prepare it thoroughly and advocate for you at every stage, from early pleadings and discovery through motions, hearings, and trial. Throughout the process, I keep you informed and involved so you can make decisions with confidence.
