RW has a diverse educational and professional background. Prior to law school, RW earned a B.S. in Accounting at the University of Wyoming and interned at a private Wyoming accounting firm. RW attended the University of Wyoming College of Law and earned his J.D. in 2020. While in law school, RW was a member of the Wyoming Law Review. Following law school, RW earned his LL.M. in Taxation from the University of Florida, Levin College of Law in 2021.

Following his education, RW gained experience in corporate tax law at two globally recognized accounting firms, including a Big 4 accounting firm in San Francisco, CA. Even though RW enjoyed his time in San Francisco, he knew Wyoming is where he belonged, and took a job at a private law firm in Jackson, WY where he could use his tax law experience to focus his practice on estate planning and business law. He then opened his own practice, Jett Law LLC in June of 2026.

RW is licensed to practice law in the State of Wyoming and the United States District Court for the District of Wyoming.

In his free time, RW enjoys fly fishing, hunting, spending time outdoors, and supporting the Wyoming Cowboys sports teams.
